What we collect when you use the engine or send a tender, and what we do with it.

What the engine keeps

The dimensional engine runs in your browser. Load figures stay on your device and in the page address (so you can share the link) unless you send a tender.

What a tender sends

When you send the rate tender form we receive the lane, load summary, routing preference, accessorials and the contact details you enter, plus the IP address of the request for abuse prevention. We use them to quote, book and follow up on that shipment, and share load details with the carriers we tender it to. We do not sell contact details.

Retention and requests

Tender emails are kept as business records. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, write to hello@cubictransport.com.
